Revert "defconfig: enable CONFIG_STRICT_MEMORY_RWX for 8084"

This reverts commit ea437ca0.

CONFIG_STRICT_MEMORY_RWX is currently causing issue related to power
collapse. Turn off the feature until the problem can be root caused.
