ARM: dts: msm: enable Bandwidth Compression for msm8992 



Bandwidth Compression (BWC) is used when output of rotator is fed back
into display pipeline. It helps reduce power in lot of use-cases which
involves rotation using display controller. Enable BWC for msm8992.
