Revert "ARM: dts: msm: disable bwc for msm8994" 



Commit 8f1b4a4e,
ARM: dts: msm: disable bwc for msm8994, was added to disable BWC until
issue with BWC and danger was root caused. Now that issue is root caused
and workaround is in place, revert this temporary patch.

This reverts commit 8f1b4a4e.
