ARM: dts: msm: Fix cdp and rcm boards of 8084+9x35-alt

8084 cdps supporting mdm in alternate configuration
do not have a charger connected to i2c.
The rcm boards have regular smb1357 charger hookup.
Split the 8084+9x35-alt cdp and rcm files.
Add the mdm9x35 instance to the cdp board.
Remove duplication of 8084 + MDM9x35-alt support
in multiple files.
