ARM: dts: msm: configure default value to boost gpio for msm8909

When the vdd speaker regulator is enabled, the regulator
framework configures the default gpio configuration in
the device tree. Add entry for default gpio configuration
for boost so that this value is configured when the regulator
is enabled.
