ARM: dts: msm: Move regulators to RPM control for mpq8092

Convert most of the PMA8084 qpnp-regulator devices to
rpm-regulator-smd devices.  This ensures that requests made for
these regulators are aggregated by the RPM processor along with
the requests from other processors.

PMA8084 regulators SMPS 6 & 7 should not be converted to
rpm-regulator-smd devices because the RPM processor does not
provide support for these regulators.  These regulators power the
four application processor cores.
