ARM: dts: msm: Add BCL LM mode switch thresholds for PMI8994



Add new battery current threshold value for the
LPM to MPM mode switch for BCL peripheral.
This increases the LPM to MPM threshold value to address
the inaccuracy in the BCL readings.
