ARM: dts: msm: Configure OTG_VBUS_EN GPIO for msm8992 MTP and CDP



PMI8994 GPIO 5 controls the USB3OTG_VBUS_EN, which is needed for
the OVP circuitry. Configure it as output gpio for the required
operation.
