ARM: dts: msm: switch to stub regulators for MSM8939 RUMI



In commit d3600c0b ("ARM: dts: msm: add
PM8916 QPNP controlled regulators for MSM8939"), the regulators for
MSM8939 were changed to QPNP-controlled regulators. This causes
consumers request regulators failed on RUMI because it doesn't have
QPNP-controlled regulators moduling.

Delete the QPNP-controlled regulator device nodes and add the stub
regulator device nodes for RUMI.
