ARM: dts: msm: use VDD_APC0/1 CPR open-loop voltage as ceiling for msm8994 



Use the interpolated open-loop initial voltage values as per-
virtual-corner ceiling voltage values.  This ensures that the
closed-loop settled CPR voltages can never exceed the open-loop
voltages even when the device gets very hot.
