ARM: dts: msm: enable CODEC IRQ as wake up capable for 8610v1 & v2

Currently CODEC IRQ (SPI[31], dino_gen_purpose_irq35) is not mapped
in the MPM interrupt mapping list. Due to this, inserting the head
set is unable to wake up the target from deep sleep modes. To wake
up the system from deep sleep modes add CODEC IRQ to the MPM wakeup
capable list.
