ARM: dts: msm: Add SPI-USB bridge device and pin configs

An external SPI to USB bridge chip is used on MSM8916 for
UICC connectivity. Add the SPI slave device and install the
pin configurations of SPI chip select, reset, vcc_en and
cdone gpios.
