ARM: dts: msm: update CCI frequency to voltage corner mapping for msm8994v2 



Update the CCI frequency to voltage corner mapping for MSM8994v2
in order to save power.  Testing has shown that there is
sufficient voltage margin in order reduce the voltage corner
requested for the following CCI frequencies:

729.6 MHz: 11 --> 10
787.2 MHz: 12 --> 11
