usb: dwc3-msm: Add support for new DBM version

DBM (Device Bus Manager) is a module within the USB3.0 core wrapper,
which is part of BAM implementation.

This fix add support for the new DBM version.
Main changes between the versions are the number of supported EPs,
different registers offset, pipe memory type, etc.
