i2c-eg20t: Change-company-name-OKI-SEMICONDUCTOR to LAPIS Semiconductor 



On October 1 in 2011,
OKI SEMICONDUCTOR Co., Ltd. changed the company name in to LAPIS Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
