dts: disable resolution switching

* initially this caused google maps to run at 720 and was fixed with this commit https://github.com/LineageOS/android_device_samsung_exynos9810-common/commit/68b65499b927ba7d1b33d7c3ebc70866282edff7

However some apps are having the same issue in android 13. Disable multi resolution until proper fix is found again
