[ARM] nommu: avoid selecting TLB and CPU specific copy code



Since uclinux doesn't make use of the TLB, including the TLB
maintainence and CPU-optimised copypage functions does not
make sense.  Remove them.

(This is part of one of Hyok's patches.)
