ARM: dts: msm: enable SMART_PANEL_ALIGN_MODE on sm8150 target 



Add the DT property to enable the SMART_PANEL_ALIGN_MODE on
sm8150 target. This is required on command mode split
display to avoid the skew of the MDP output to DSI0 and DSI1.
