ARM: dts: msm: Specify maintenance charging configuration in SM8150 MTP/QRD

Specify the recharge SOC threshold in charger and enable the
maintenance charging and SOC linearization feature in FG on
PM8150B. This helps supporting maintenance charging on SM8150
platforms.
