Merge ath-next from ath.git

ath.git patches for 4.7. Major changes:

ath10k

* implement set_tsf() for 10.2.4 branch
* remove rare MSI range support
* remove deprecated firmware API 1 support

ath9k

* add module parameter to invert LED polarity
