ARM: dts: msm: Add dummy offset for MISC_TYPEC_CTRL on SM8150 



This change adds dummy offset for USB3_PHY_PCS_MISC_TYPEC_CTRL
on SM8150 to avoid accessing wrong register offsets in
qmp-phy driver.
