ARM: dts: msm: add gpio_key device for VOL_UP button on SM6150 IDP and QRD



Add pinctrl configurations for volume up button which utilize PM6150L
GPIO 2.  Add gpio_key devices for this button on SM6150 IDP and QRD
targets.
