Pull RTC updates from Alexandre Belloni:
 "Core:
   - Coding style and whitespace fixes (interface, Makefile and Kconfig)
   - New rtc_tm_sub() helper
   - New CONFIG_RTC_SYSTOHC_DEVICE option
   - Removed rtc_set_mmss()
