ARM: dts: msm: Unconfigure QUSB PHY tcsr_clamp_dig_n register for SA6155p



Unconfigure QUSB PHY tcsr_clamp_dig_n register for SA6155p to
prevent stability issue on one PHY when disabling or enabling the
digital clamp to other PHY.
