ARM: dts: msm: Add regulator and peripheral devices for SA6155



Add regulator devices for sa6155 as RPMh regulators. This ensures
that consumers are able to modify the physical state of the PMIC
regulators. Also add the PMIC peripheral devices nodes like PON,
GPIOs, CLK-DIV and TEMP-ALARM.
