ARM: dts: change ab and ib votes for sdhc_1 



On sdm670, the AB/IB votes of SDHC client ensure the SNOC to run
at NOM corner. On SM6150, a new corner SVS-L1 is added and that is not
allowing SNOC to run at NOM . This corner is not present in sdm670.
SPT team confirmed that for Androbench Bandwidth,  SNOC indeed needs
to run @ NOM and DDR with SVS or even with Low SVS is OK.

Based on the recommendations, updating the AB/IB with new values which
makes SNOC to run @ NOM and DDR @ SVS.
