ARM: dts: msm: add charger/smb temp_max properties for PM8150B



Add qcom,charger-temp-max for PM8150B temp_max, and qcom,smb-charger-max
for SMB1355 temp_max. Both are settings for REG_H_THRESHOLDs used in
thermal balancing algorithm.
