ARM: dts: msm: Add GPU properties for atoll

Atoll inherits all the sdmmagpie GPU properties
Like GPU clocks, registers, interrupts, bus,
freq plan, SMMU properties, and GPU power levels.
Add GPU properties for atoll to support graphics.
