ARM: dts: msm: delete pm8150b nodes from mtp cpe dts file

CPE design operates with 12V input and has an external regulator
to provide VPH_PWR. Battery is used here only as back up.
USB_VBUS is connected to PMX55 and is not connected PM8150B,
so deleted nodes of PM8150M
