defconfig: add coresight dummy source support on qcs405

WCSS TPDM, West Funnel are part of WEST DL which is not configurable
by HLOS. Add coresight dummy support to configure the TPDA's and funnel's
of QDSS which are part of ATB path from WCSS TPDM to coresight sinks.
