ARM: dts: msm: Update pre-emphasis amplitude with SDM855



USB_PHY_PARAMETER_OVERRIDE_X1 register's default (PORed) value is
0x83. Override it with 0x43 to get expected pre-emphasis amplitude
with USB high speed PHY.
