Revert "ARM: dts: msm: disable L1/L1ss for PCIe1 on sm8150-sdx50 platform"



sm8150-sdx50 PCIe is now stable with L1 and L1ss enabled.
Therefore enable L1 and L1ss for PCIe1 on sm8150-sdx50 by
reverting the disable commit.

This reverts commit 0dee6e75.
