dt-binding: qcom_geni_se: Separate DDR and Corex/2x paths to put ICB vote.



Geni common driver aggregates the avg bandwidth put by individual
drivers to vote for DDR path bus bandwidth and for corex/core2x
separately. Common driver takes Instantaneous bandwidth put by
individual drivers also into consideration to put vote to ICB
driver for required bandwidth.
