ARM: LPC32xx: defconfig update: Default drivers and cleanup 



This defconfig patch enables devtmpfs and the mmc spi driver, and does a
cleanup of irrelevant driver comment on this platform
(CONFIG_NET_VENDOR_CHELSIO).
