USB: SIS USB2VGA DRIVER: support KAIREN's USB VGA adaptor USB20SVGA-MB-PLUS 



This patch adds the USB product ID of KAIREN's USB VGA Adaptor,
USB20SVGA-MB-PLUS, to sisusbvga work with it.
