ASoC: rockchip: Fix missing CLKDEV_LOOKUP dependency 



Make SND_SOC_ROCKCHIP_MAX98090 and SND_SOC_ROCKCHIP_RT5645 depend on
CLKDEV_LOOKUP to fix below build warning:
