Pull power management fix from Rafael Wysocki:
 "This fixes the pointer arithmetics mess-up in the cpufreq core
  introduced by one of recent commits and leading to all kinds of
  breakage from kernel crashes to incorrect governor decisions (Sergey
  Senozhatsky)"
