ARM: dts: msm: Add TLMM EGPIO to PDC interrupt map for kona 

Some of the EGPIOs can configured as TLMM GPIOs and are wakeup capable.
Add PDC interrupt mapping for these GPIOs to allow client drivers to use
them as wakeup capable.
