PCI: xilinx-nwl: Remove nwl_pcie_enable_msi() unused bus parameter 



The nwl_pcie_enable_msi() second parameter (ie "bus") is unused and creates
a fake dependency on the struct pci_bus that need not exist.

Remove it.
