ALSA: Don't prompt for CONFIG_SND_COMPRESS_OFFLOAD 



CONFIG_SND_COMPRESS_OFFLOAD is an item to be selected by the dirver
just like CONFIG_SND_PCM, and no need to prompt for explicit
selection.
