ARM: dts: msm: Update bimc_gpu_clk clock handle for scuba GPU 

Current bimc_gpu_clk allow set rate frequency through the
RPM_SMD_BIMC_GPU_CLK handle. Hence update the clock handle
name for bimc_gpu_clk.
