V4L/DVB (11946): uvcvideo: Add support for Aveo Technology webcams 



The Aveo Technology USB 2.0 Camera (1871:0306) requires the
PROBE_EXTRAFIELDS quirk. Add a corresponding entry in the device IDs list.
