hwmon: (abituguru) Use pr_fmt and pr_<level>



Added #define pr_fmt KBUILD_MODNAME ": " fmt
Converted printks to pr_<level>
Coalesced any long formats
Removed prefixes from formats
Added a few static strings to standardize logging messages.
