[ALPS08839140] mt6878: disp: Fix setting of panel vdtr6130

[Description]
1. In panel init, set fps according to global var instead of fixed 60.
2. Enable esd chk.
3. Fix SW flow of mode switch by cmdq.
4. Update lcm setting.

[Test]
1. Local IT ESD check EINT mode pass, mode switch pass.
2. MEStress pass.
