msm: kgsl: Correct gfp mask passed to kvcalloc

Remove __GFP_NOWARN and __GFP_NORETRY gfp masks
from kvcalloc calls to avoid out of memory errors
because of not triggering shrinker in cases we are
in low memory situations.
