dt-bindings: thermal: qcom-adc-tm: add PMIC7 ADC_TM_IIO compatible string 

Add a compatible string for PMIC7 ADC_TM_IIO device, as it needs to
be distinguished from the existing PMIC5 type ADC_TM_IIO for channel
number calculation.
