ARM: dts: msm: Remove pwr_evt_irq for SA6155 and SA8155 USB3 cores 

SA6155 and SA8155 USB3 cores have SSPHY autosuspend disabled.
Remove pwr_evt_irq for these cores to avoid race with forceful
suspend.
