cris: Remove obsolete ASYNC_SPLIT_TERMIOS behavior



ASYNC_SPLIT_TERMIOS behavior is a remnant of the long-dead /dev/cuaXX
callout device. Split termios handling was removed tree-wide in v2.5.71 by:
