ARM: dts: msm: Update EQU_ADAPTOR_CNTRL3 of SS PHY on holi 

Update EQU_ADAPTOR_CNTRL3 of SS PHY on holi to match the
settings suggested in HPG to improve adaptation of PHY
with longer channels.
