MAINTAINERS: at91: Collect all pinctrl/gpio drivers in same entry 



Andrei's address is not valid anymore, collect all pinctrl/gpio
entries in the common "PIN CONTROLLER - MICROCHIP AT91" one
and remove the PIOBU specific one.
